1. Overview

Peely is a platform that allows users to upload images and receive AI-generated custom sticker designs, which can be downloaded or printed and shipped via third-party providers.

By using Peely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form a legal agreement between you and Eternal Labs, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Peely. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm:

• You own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it.
  
  
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  
  
• You grant Eternal Labs, LLC a limited license to process your photo for generating sticker designs.
  
  

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

4. AI-Generated Designs

Peely uses OpenAI’s API to analyze and generate visual output based on your uploaded content. Results are generated algorithmically and may vary in accuracy, style, and quality.

We do not guarantee perfect representation or realism in every result and disclaim liability for dissatisfaction with AI outputs.

5. Third-Party Services

Peely integrates with and relies on several third-party services:

• Stripe – for secure payment processing
  
  
• OpenAI – to power AI-based image analysis and sticker generation
  
  
• Printful, Gelato, or other print-on-demand providers – for printing and shipping sticker sheets and merchandise
  
  

By using Peely, you also agree to be bound by the respective terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We do not control or assume liability for services performed by these providers.

6. Orders and Fulfillment

If you choose to order printed sticker sheets or merchandise:

• Products are produced and shipped by third-party partners (e.g., Printful or Gelato)
  
  
• Delivery times may vary based on location, production speed, and shipping carrier
  
  
• Peely does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays or lost items during transit
  
  

7. Payments and Pricing

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe
  
  
• Prices are clearly stated before checkout
  
  
• Sales are final due to the personalized nature of the product
  
  
• Taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable duties are your responsibility
  
  

8. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or AI-generated designs. Refunds for printed orders are issued only in cases of:

• Incorrect item received
  
  
• Item arrives damaged
  
  
• Duplicate charges made in error
  
  

All refund requests must be submitted to support@peely.app within 7 days of receiving your order, including supporting photos where applicable.

9. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access parts of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

10. License and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Peely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service
  
  
• Use Peely for unlawful or harmful purposes
  
  
• Exploit AI-generated output for resale without permission
  
  

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Eternal Labs, LLC.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or suspension of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

13. Disclaimers

Peely is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted use of the Service
  
  
• Accuracy of AI-generated visuals
  
  
• Delivery dates from third-party printers
  
  

Use Peely at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

Eternal Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputation damages resulting from your use of the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
