Terms of use
Peely is an app for two people to keep a points board together. These are the few things worth agreeing on before you use it.
The licence
Peely is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard end user licence agreement. Those terms cover your use of the app; this page adds to them and does not replace them.
Your board is yours
Everything on your board, including the photographs, belongs to the people who made it. We claim no rights over any of it, and we never see it.
Sharing
Share your board only with someone you trust. The person you invite can add to, change and delete what is on it, and keeps their copy if you stop sharing. If you invited them, deleting the board on your phone ends the sharing. If you joined, deleting leaves their board, and their copy and their invitation stay as they were.
Keep a copy
The board lives on your phone and, if you share it, in your own iCloud. It is not backed up by us. If the history matters to you, export it now and then. The app is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will never lose anything, though we try hard.
Purchases
Peely sells fittings for the board: pens, handwriting, note paper, print stock, whiteboard materials, a magnet, frames and mounts for the photographs and the trays, and wall backgrounds. They change how the board looks and nothing else. Each is a one-off purchase made through the App Store under Apple's terms. Apple takes the payment, and we never see it. A fitting is bought once per Apple Account and comes back on a new phone by itself; if it does not, Restore purchases in settings brings it back. On a shared board, what one of you buys is worn by the board, so both of you see it.
Refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sticker packs are free.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in them takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law where you live.
